Transition to the game

I see lots of drills and football skills online that you can practice either on your own or in a team. But what I don't see are what happens when you're not training - all the little moments in between that make life as a football player great.

Having the mindset

Much of the game is happening off the field. Let's untie our laces and get into your head. Trust me, 90% of your football life is played there!
